Rosemary Morrow Smith, age 80, of Quincy, Illinois, and formerly of Barry, Illinois, passed away Sunday, March 16, 2025. She was born on March 18, 1944 in Rockport, Illinois, to Sarah Harriett (Howland) and Joseph Eugene Morrow.
She attended Liberty and Rockport grade schools but attended Barry High School and graduated in 1963. At 40 years old, Rosemary went to John Wood Community College and received her Associate of Applied Science Degree as a Medical Secretary.
Her first marriage was to Michael Herzog on June 25, 1973. She had three daughters and divorced in October 1980. She married Robert Dean Smith on April 14, 1984.
Rosemary worked at Trio Manufacturing Company in Griggsville, Motorola in Quincy, Ben Franklin and Gray's Chevrolet in Pittsfield, and the State of Illinois Department of Public Aid in Pittsfield and Quincy. She retired from the State of Illinois in 2000. During her 20 years of service for the State of Illinois, Rosemary was a Clerk Typist II, Data Input Operator,
